Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Fastinvoice (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through a notice on our Service. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Fastinvoice is an online invoicing platform that allows freelancers and businesses to create, customize, and deliver professional invoices. The Service provides designer templates, multi-brand profile management, client auto-fill, invoice numbering, and PDF export and delivery.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

To access the Service you must create an account with a valid email address and secure password. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access, and all activity that occurs under your account. You may not share your account or create multiple accounts for abusive purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of the Service, or as required by law.

The Service offers monthly and annual subscription plans across Core, Pro, and Elite tiers. All fees are displayed at checkout and processed securely through Stripe. Billing begins immediately upon subscription.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current plan price.
We may change subscription prices at any time. For existing subscriptions, price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and take effect at the next renewal, giving you the option to cancel before the new price applies.
Refund policy: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for partial months. Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of initial purchase. For disputed charges, contact [email protected] within 30 days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.

You retain full ownership of all invoice data, client information, and brand assets you create or upload to the Service. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to store and process this content solely to provide the Service on your behalf.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of invoices you generate and send, compliance with applicable tax and invoicing regulations in your jurisdiction, and ensuring that client information you store is held with appropriate consent.

All proprietary content, features, templates, and functionality of the Fastinvoice platform are owned by Fastinvoice or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute our templates, or use the platform to build a competing invoicing service.
Feedback you provide may be incorporated into the Service without compensation or attribution.

You agree not to use the Service to violate applicable laws or regulations, generate fraudulent invoices or misrepresent financial information, infringe third-party intellectual property rights, or send unsolicited bulk communications.
You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to other users' accounts, use the Service to facilitate money laundering or tax evasion, or circumvent any plan limits or access controls.
Violations may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account. Report violations to [email protected].

The Service integrates with Stripe for payment processing and Resend for email delivery. Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or failures of any third-party service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, successful email delivery of invoices, or suitability of templates for any particular jurisdiction or use case.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or the equivalent of $100 USD in your billing currency. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fastinvoice and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

You may terminate your account at any time via account settings or by contacting support. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for breach of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, or at the request of law enforcement.
Upon termination, access to the Service ceases at the end of the current billing period. You may request export of your invoice data or deletion of your account by contacting [email protected].

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fastinvoice. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. We are not liable for failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them without restriction.
